There was lack of communication with Amy regarding the work we needed on our house. They completed the water damage part (removed sheet rock, insulation and sprayed for mold and dried it out) but when it comes to finishing the job we found out that they won’t come back to complete it because of the distance/drive (we live in Big Bear) so we are left to now find someone that will install the insulation, sheet rock, paint and put trim back up. Amy was totally aware and of the work that needed to be done and never once hinted that they could not do the whole job. We used them in 2019 for water damage we had and we were extremely happy with them. This is why we used them again after damage from TS Hilary. I am being generous when I give two stars only because the workers that came to our house were very professional.
