If you’re looking for professional work do not go here. I came to this place in July for a platinum dye. I know these looks are hard to accomplish and usually take times for certain hair types but I was told it can be done in a sitting. I had my appointment set and I spent about 235$ twice in trying to get this look. My hair was falling off and it was green. I was really upset about this so I reached out to the owner and explained I just wanted my money back. I saw the owner in person and she was very touchy and passive aggressive. She kept saying the hairdresser didn’t mess up my hair and that it just needed a tone. Horrible place. Also racist.

The girl who did my hair was okay at first.I wanted to color my whole head not just the regrowth. I showed her a inspiration picture and she told me it would take to long, while I was processing she went and got drunk came back super sloppy I ended up blow drying some of my own hair since she was at the front desk gossiping I have super long thick curly hair when she finally did come to do her job(blow dry my hair) she left it so damp on the top of my head that when she went in to straighten it, it turned into a big frizz all I paid her to do a service and I was super disappointed to top it off I had sent her a message and told her how my hair came out how it was still curly and frizzy and her response was “we’ll straighten it then”

Amazing honestly Brittany has just been a savior to me and my daughter we always walk out with beautiful cuts and colors for me. Brittany has been such a blessing I was terrified of getting my hair cut since I’ve had horrible cuts in my past and she’s totally relieved my hair cut phobia she’s not only an amazing stylist but a wonderful person
