Do NOT trust this deceptive company!!!
On 9/8/20, my husband and I bought the signature firm mattress from Orange County Mattress in Mission Viejo off Alicia Parkway. We paid over a thousand dollars for the mattress. Just a year and a half later, both of us are sinking into the bottom of the mattress and waking up with sore backs. Neither of us are overweight. Since the mattress comes with a warrantee for defective items, we have emailed customer service two times (Once on Feb. 22, 2022 and again on Feb. 28, 2022) with no response. We have visited the store three times to seek a replacement and find out why nobody has answered our email about our defective mattress. Jessy Moss was the representative who helped us at the Mission Viejo location. He contacted customer service and they told him to tell us that they will email us back and set up a time to come to our home to inspect the mattress before replacement. It has been OVER A MONTH with no email or response from anybody. Do not purchase anything from this store. They will promise you the world and do absolutely nothing to help you once you receive a defective mattress. I have never in my life experienced a mattress that literally disintegrated in a little over a years time. Their products are faulty and their customer service is worse. I am writing this review in hopes that someone from their company will finally give us the help that we deserve.
