Can't say enough about Kevin and his service. Got a great price on a new prodigy X scooter for my oldest and an electric scooter for my youngest. I would be happy enough with that, but the electric scooter was damaged in shipping. I emailed on Christmas morning and he responded promptly! He even offered to run over to the store and drop off a replacement if we were in the area! Truly know outstanding service when things go wrong. Unfortunately, I'm located on the east coast and he FaceTimed me to offer my suggestions and solutions. I think he was going to bite the bullet and send a replacement if I was not able to resolve the issues. With a friends help and tools, we were able to fix the damage and get my youngest scooting! I would gladly support this business again and highly recommend Kevin!

I was in fired need of a new scooter for my 13 year old son for his Christmas present. He is now interested to do stunts. OC Scooters is an amazing shop in Laguna Niguel. My husband and i driver from L.A. and was not disappointed. The owner Kevin is so pleased to help me and giving advice when i described the age, height and level of his skills for the scooter i am looking for. You have to trust their recommendations.

His staff was very friendly and gave us tips for our son. they also put together the scooter in five minutes. So, this is my shout out to the team.

We are so willing to drive that hour for exceptional service they provide.

I ordered a helmet this afternoon for a Christmas gift. The store hand delivered it to my House tonight! Amazed by the super fast service and will definitely buy from them again! Great job guys!
