Orange county swimming pool service company is my go to for all my new clients that need a pool inspection done on their property they’re about to buy and then I also recommend him for the monthly service and any repairs that might be needed after the pool inspection. He does pump change outs, pool filter cleaning, pool light issues, or a leak inside the skimmer. These are all things that he’s done for me recently through my various real estate transactions. He has educated both me and my clients on many operational items that are needed on a new pool such as instruction on how the filtering system works.

I am a real estate agent so when selling clients' houses with pools, I often need to get a pool inspection report for the interested buyer. I've been using this company my past couple houses and have been so impressed by Kevin. He comes out within a day or two, takes a bunch of pictures, really takes his time inspecting all of the equipment and takes thorough notes. Within 48 hours, I always receive a very organized, well written report including pictures to explain anything that may need to be repaired on the pool, how the particular equipment works, etc and the pictures are so helpful so I can visually see what he is referring to. He also sends an estimate on the pool repairs and can perform the repairs if interested. I've had the buyers actually go through with his recommendations and get their pool up to par prior to moving in. I highly recommend Kevin if you are in need of a professional, thorough and detailed pool inspection report or pool repairs done!

I recently bought a house where the pool was in pretty bad shape. The plaster was peeling really bad, there was algae on the bottom of the pool, the heater didn't work, the pump didn't work. You name it, everything was wrong with this pool. It had obviously not been used or taken care of in a long time. I called OC Pool Pro and talked to Kevin. He personally came out to inspect the pool. I noticed while he was here, he took a lot of notes and a lot of pictures which I thought was great, he seemed really thorough. He said he would get back to me with an estimate the next day and I thought..."Great, I'm probably going to have to hunt him down for my estimate" but I was pleasantly surprised, he came through next day with the estimate. We ended up having the entire pool re-plastered, a brand new pool pump replacement and Kevin was able to repair the existing pool heater which cut a little cost. Now the pool is up to par with my new home. I realized I am going to have to take way better care of this basically brand new pool than the last tenant and what better person to do that than the one who just fixed it all up for me? Kevin now does my regular monthly pool service. Definitely recommend.
