Called and got same day service. Communication with the customer service coordinator Daniela was by text and was seamless. I don’t answer phone calls of those not in my contacts, so I loved that everything was handled by text.
Henry was the technician who did the repair. He gave me three grades of torsion springs to choose from at varying quality levels and price points. I liked that each of the 3 quotes were out the door pricing including tax and that the emailed invoice had a detailed recap of the job and warranty period for parts and labor.
He replaced both springs and did a thorough job of lubricating, testing and fine tuning the mechanism after the install. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish and I watched every step. Henry was skilled and efficient and has good customer service skills.
