They are fast to get you in for an initial appointment but if you are expecting them to call you to let you know your procedure is approved by insurance DONT. I had to call them. Then I find out I been approved only for them not to have any openings for the next few months. That being said if your in pain don’t go here.

My second time here at ODG and let me tell you the front ladies in the office they are AMAZING super friendly were very patient with me with all my questions very very helpful the doctor Chung did an amazing job his assistant also amazing with my anxiety he made me feel so comfortable but the girls in the front WILL definitely recommend people to come here they were amazing not only to me but other patients that needed help thank you ODG DENTAL GROUP

Absolutely the worst customer service. No one explains anything they are completely rude and no one could give me the same answer or explain anything properly. Every sentence was a contradiction. Lie about how insurance works even though iv used my insurance for years and had my insurance tell me to ask for I did and they were unable to comply and were completely and utterly the most terrible receptionist.
