Thank God for Dr. Phillips and his love of being a pediatrician! I’m so grateful he was my pediatrician and is still in practice and now my kids’ pediatrician. I rest assured my kids are well taken care of not only in the office but when follow ups are needed as well. Dr Phillips is the best pediatrician in Orange County and provides the absolute best level of care. His new office was easy to get ahold of for appointments without needing to wait on hold and the nursing staff was very friendly. Ocean Pediatrics has the top rated pediatricians in Orange County and a state of the art office but at the same time is one of the rare doctor-owned (not corporate owned) practices that gives you true care.

Amazing staff! Doctor Abelowitz was great. It is one of the best doctor appointment my kids have ever attended. Doctor was detailed and patient.
