First time! We ordered Queen Anne, Seattle, Godzella and Blossom Rolls Queen Ann is the Best, Seattle right after it and then Godzella and Blossom. But all are Yummy!!! Loved the service, on time, very friendly, Portions are HUGE!!!! Definitely will order again!
Our exceedingly attentive waiter was polite, and friendly. The decor and atmosphere are clean, and modern, yet warm and comfortable. I enjoyed the Chirashi and the Blossom Roll immensely. Further, the presentation was Art; so beautiful, I was hesitant to dig in. Even the tea was lovely: a wonderfully aromatic blooming tea.
On subsequent visits, we've discovered that the Dragon Balls are not to be missed. We also really enjoy the Seattle Roll, and the Ceviche Roll.
What a find! Beautifully plated dishes that tasted so good - a lot of places nowadays seem to drench their rolls in sauce & mayo; that wasn't my experience here. Nice atmosphere, cozy but modern feeling. Servers were pleasant and attentive but not intrusive.
Comments: 1) I always love when it looks like you can slide up to the bar, meet the chefs, and watch them in action, but here it seems a bit inaccessible; plants on one side and the servers accessing plates from the front. 2) I know it's a rare find, but it happens... I'd love a rice-free roll or two 🙂 3) The plating was so thoughtfully and creatively done. Cucumber pillars nested the ginger & wasabi with my roll, and garnished the plate of Hamachi Kama. I love the edible arrangements, but the decorative cucumber chunks were much too large to bite into; they didn't seem intended to be eaten, which is sadly such a waste!😒 4) Kudos to the hostess- I stopped by on my way home, dining alone. When I walked in, she warmly asked, "Table for one?", as opposed to "JUST one?!!!" accompanied by a dour expression🤨 too often experienced at many places.
