This place is terrible. the 5 star ratings given before were given by the director, and another supervisor working at OCHR. My experience is that this place has a license to do whatever they want. My entire record was changed without my knowledge to cover up the mistakes made by these people. Change were made to my record by a person named Cruz, years after the initial events and back dated without tractability. My insurance was denied 3 years ago because of these changes, my initial start date was changed, and much more. This facility is not reachable by phone, and no one has bothered to address these issues, even though I have contacted the Director of the Dept of the Navy OCHR to report these issues at one point. Congress should investigate these people and how many changes they have made to cover up the many life changing mistakes they have made to my record and others. This is a great example of the great lie sponsored by the Bureaucracy called OCHR.
