Tyler was very professional throughout the whole process. He replied quickly to our initial inquiry and worked with us on scheduling to fit our needs. Our family went through an ordeal with black mold over the summer. Working with Tyler and this company was pleasure until it became a true disappointment. Our initial inspection and post-remediation inspections went fairly normally. What followed was so lame I felt the need to write a review about it.

When afterwards we discovered an incredibly strong mildewy odor in the bathroom, I reached out four times to the company for help. There was no response for several weeks. When I finally got Tyler on the phone, I asked if they had tested in there and if he had any insights for us. I think he felt I was criticizing his work rather than asking for assistance (having paid him $1000 thus far). His response was truly arrogant, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

He made ridiculous assertions. He asked how long we had lived in “that place”, because it, according to him, wasn’t really a house. The bank seemed to think so — and its appraise like a house. He then proceeded to suggest that the tradesmen who work on the Russian River are all a bad tradesmen, so the workmanship in the house is probably the problem...

This is how I came to write this review.

I called Tyler looking for some solutions to help my families health recover from a terrible episode for us. He did everything to step around the question rather than coming at it sympathetically and honestly. That’s the professional thing to do. That’s the helpful thing to do. I highly recommend you look to a different company to find those services.
