I'm a realtor and Tyler has conducted several home inspections for me. He is very responsive, personable and thorough. He has integrity and will tell it like it is, not just what someone wants to hear. I highly recommend him if you want someone skilled who will also dig in (for example go into crawl spaces other inspectors won't go in!!!)

Tyler preformed an inspection service for us and was very professional and communicative. We needed a rush and he was flexible fitting us into his schedule even though it was very last minute. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him as he goes above and beyond for his clients.
