My toilet was leaking so I called Odyssey. Their customer service over the phone and in person was fantastic. They got a plumber there faster than anticipated. Xavier, the plumber, was really helpful, he said it was just a small problem, fixed it and didn't even charge me. Thank you so much!! I would recommend Odyssey to any of my neighbors. You guys made my day.

After our previous plumbers were either unreachable or too expensive, we contacted Odyssey. They said they could come out same day or first thing the next. Gene showed up early and did a fantastic job. He did a thorough analysis and quickly found and fixed the problem. On top of his efficient work, he was very pleasant and provided clear explanations all along the way. He quickly fixed the problem and left work area perfectly clean. Odyssey and Gene earned top spot in our Roladex!
