The manager Phillip is an entitled person who will make up policies on the fly and speak rudely. First, they still had an expired offer listing so I asked if it is still valid (because they had not taken it off), but he tells me in an annoying tone "What date does it say there?". I answered and he "well then that means it is expired". So I tell him they should remove those postings then, to which he says yeah fine. Then I go to the register to buy multiple amazon gift cards and clearly tell them I want to buy in separate transactions. They say "Sure" and after ringing the first one, they say "you can only do one transaction". I told them why did they not let me know earlier then. To which he says "that is our policy". Guess what, there is no such official policy written anywhere. I did resist that why was I not told before the first transaction to which he tells "That is what it is and your time is done here". I couldn't believe they would tell something like this to a customer. They need to be sent back to training and are not fit to be a manager, not even a junior associate with that attitude.

This location in Seattle is great! Always clean and organized. Billy C is always there when I go in and he is amazing! He greets you when you walk in and when you check out he is so polite and friendly. He makes great conversation and really makes you feel welcomed.

If you say you are an authorized shipper be an authorized shipper! A traveler trying to ship 4 small boxes home. Thought this would be a convenient place to ship. I was told it wasn’t possible because the shipping bend was full. A waist of my time!
