I was disappointed that they did not have toner for the HP printers for sample prints, but the Brother printers had toner so I could test the print. The print was satisfactory for business use so when ahead and purchased.
They gave me $10 off for signing up for email, and loaded the printer into my car. It was a pretty painless experience.
As far as printer quality, I am very satisfied with what I bought. This was to replace a HP printer. I just purchased (and returned) at Costco that jammed when I tried to print a test page. The Brother printer has very good documentation for set up, far better than the HP did.
