Your printing dept gets an F. Friend tried to use the website for a project. It did not work via online,possibly not compatible with Apple. So we went in the store to have the printing department complete the project. The manager agreed that the website was not user friendly. We worked with the current employee, who also had a difficult time working the website. I asked why we could not email the project to them and they can print it out and make multiple copies. Manager said it was “highly discouraged” I assume from corporate office? A 10 minute project turned into 45 minutes to an hour. The poor employee worked with us, I know things are out of her control. We wanted to use the online 30% coupon but since the project was not working online we were not able to access the 30% online coupon. This is not the first time I have experienced this with this store to include having an employees say the website is not user-friendly, yet nothing has been done to fix it the manager made no effort to remedy the situation and still deferred us to doing the project online.

Big shout out to your team members Hank and Alejandra. They were so helpful and amazing. I went to the store to print some documents, but for some reason, the connection and computers were not cooperating. Hank assisted me and was very patient with me and managed to assist another guest at the same time, he is an asset to your company. He was amazing!

Decent prices. Had a mis-cut for our quarter page order, but they made it right same-day within hours.
We printed color with them, and put the pages in a clear plastic sleeve for durability in our rental book. Pics attached.
They have a new system for organizing pricing for charities and non-profits. If you are one, I believe you can sign up online.
