I called ahead and the phone was answered right away. They had the product in stock and when I went in, I was helped at the front desk and found the item right away. Fast check out, no line. I did drive past the building because it was hard to see at night. Be sure to slow down in order not to pass it.

I was impressed with their printing area. Sean helped me out with my file and printing. He is very helpful and talented. I will come back to here to print, because it was much easier to work with than other print shops.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Palo Alto Office Depot. They have a great collection of products, but most of all the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this store, as it's not always the case that one receives good customer service these days. I hope they always remain at this location!
