I tried to place an order online, when it came to paying, the system wouldn't accept payment, I tried three different types. When I called the 800 number as directed they could not figure out the issue.
I eventually had to go in store and try and figure how to buy a simple wireless keyboard. What a waste of my time and money, I will not be returning.

Could not accomplish what I needed done at Office Depot, the clerk was rude and didn't want to help me. Said I couldn't copy anything from email, and charged me anyway for nothing. I went to UPS afterwards and got help accomplished everything I needed at a discounted price. Cudos to UPS! I love them, it's the best place to get the job done with friendly and courteous employees who care.

Mickale is absolutely the best! I've had the pleasure of him helping me twice and his service and attitude are second to none. The store is always clean, and I don't think I've ever walked in and not been greeted.
