A very clean and well stocked store. Employees are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I was impressed with the experience and will continue to shop at this store.

Staff in the copy and print Center was very friendly. Took no time at all for my laminated prints. Love that they can also ship FedEx for you here. There aren't other options in Rapid City, so it's nice when they are friendly and helpful.

Worst thing about this store is they never open on time! Waited on Saturday am for ten minutes - supposed to open at 9:00am. Maybe not huge to some but huge to me. And after standing there, an employee told us they don't actually open til 10am on Saturday. NOT what the sign on the door says. NOT what Google says. How about you print yourselves a new sign?!
