Incident in Silverlake TJ bothered me. I took 2 little cookie samples The guy putting them out, said you are only "allowed" to take 1 and berated me for a few minutes. Making me feel like I had stolen something. I decided to call HQ & comment. The woman taking the complaint, then in a rather unfriendly tone said, It's not Trader Joe's it's that one person. She choose to correct and she doesnt know it was. I had a general age physical description sex, The manager would know his employees working, who was putting out samples. Give me a break. Not I am sorry that happened, I'll pass it along. But no, I had to be corrected. It doesnt matter that I am a longtime, regular customer. Has everyone gone rogue where courtesy no longer matters.

I hope that Trader Joe’s will bring back the mini tote as soon as possible with a 4 item limit. I want them to provide so many that people who hog them up just to sell them for outrageous dollars won’t be able to because there will be plenty Some people were selling them for $50 dollars each. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Not sure what is happening at Trader Joe's, but it's not good! I've been shopping at Trader Joe's every week for over 20 years. It has always been an enjoyable experience. But lately that has changed. The employees who used to be happy and friendly now seem angry and stressed. The music used to be in the background and pleasant. Now the music is blaring and terrible. I had a big shopping to do last week as my relatives where visiting. I walked into the store and because of the music blaring I left and went to Whole Foods! Very enjoyable. Trader Joe's better wake up before you are just a memory! Very sad to see this happening.
