I really appreciate the helpful staff and the variety of tech I can see and compare in person before buying. I come here for printers and printing supplies mostly (had bad experiences w/ online purchases of those) but find lots of other useful office supplies as well. This store is a great resource. When my laptop cable was damaged, I didn't have to wait for a mail order purchase that might not have worked, I just came here & they found one for me.
