I bought a chair here with a 1 year warranty when mine broke that I had bought about a year prior. When buying the new chair with a warranty I was told that if it broke I could bring it back to have it replaced. A couple days later I found the receipt and warranty for my old chair. So I brought the old chair in expecting to get store credit because they didn't make that chair anymore. When I got there I was told that I had to call customer service to have the warranty honored. This was said by the same person who told me just days ago that if my chair was under warranty that I could exchange it there at their store. I called out the employee who was a supervisor about what he had said prior and he just stood there not talking. So the supervisor lied to my face about their warranty policy and didn't even the balls to man up to it.
