This store customer service is awful. I had to make some copies, so I stopped by OfficeMax. A older lady with know knowledge or experience tried to assist me. I asked her politely to notify the store manager. 15 minutes goes by as I decide it was time for me to leave the manager appears from the back room.
This is not the first time I done had a issue with this OfficeMax location. I hate to say it but the team that was on the floor sucks.

Dealt with store twice over past 2 months. Each time Office Max personnel were not properly trained or just plain lazy. First time 2 months ago I bought a computer there. The person who I dealt with stated that it would take about 10 minutes to load everything. 20 minutes later I approached the man about the status of the computer and he looked at me like he had never seen me before, Upon realizing who I was he cl;aimed that the uploads were almost done when in fact it was obvious he had forgotten to even begin the downloads. Upon getting the computer home I had issues right away. Called Office Depot tech support and they remotely checked the computer and stated that not everything had been downloaded so I had to go back to the store. Following this trip I went home and again had issues. Tech support once again directed me back to the store for items to be downloaded properly. Third time was a charm, computer works fine now. Today, 6 weeks later I went back to Office Max to have a diploma copied for my daughter. The store opened at 10 AM and I arrived around 10:30 AM. Went to the copy center at the rear of the store and saw that even though it was suppose to be operational it was closed. Went to an employee seeking some assistance on making a couple copies on the self serve machines and was told there was no one at the store who could help me. Asked when the copy center would be open the employee stated maybe around 11am or whenever the person came to work. Are you kidding me!!!!!! How does any employee of an Officer Max store not know how to run a copy machine let alone any of the 3 employees I saw. Incompetence or laziness??? You tell me. Will not be going back to that place for anything in the future.
