I looked up the price for a printer cartridge at the OD web site and then went to a local store to buy it. After I got to the store I saw the post price was $8 higher. I was not willing to pay the higher price. While in the store, I used my phone, went to the website, and figured out that the price was an online price that included a discount. I decided to go ahead and order it online. After going through the hoops to order it online I took an ink cartridge to the checkout and was told I had to wait for the order to process. After 15 minutes, we realized I had accidentally had the order sent to a store in California instead of Salt Lake City. An older sales person tried to help me, but after another 15 minutes of trying to cancel the order I gave up. He said the order in California was SUPPOSED to cancel when I didn't pick it up. He said I could buy the cartridge at the online price. He also said they would have matched the online price in the first place if I had asked. I will obviously be watching to make sure the charge is reversed for the cartridge I will never pick up. In the end, I went to Costco and got a multipack of cartridges that were several dollars cheaper per cartridge than your online price for a single cartridge. Way too much confusion and chaos for such a simple purchase. I will not be back.
