Terrible experience today. Drive here from another city because the website said they had stock. Items are "in lock up". When I go to checkout, I'm told there is no stock and they want to ship to my house. Complete waste of time because they lied about their stock. Not shopping here anymore. I don't like liars.

Good customer service. Some prices seemed a little high but overall it was a good shopping experience. A few discounted items were very helpful.

I am so impressed with Haiden! It was an intense day when I walked in to pick up my online order, and he was clearly overwhelmed with customers, being the only one at the counter and having two customers acting upset towards him at the same time. Yet he handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude, turning negative conversations into the best situation he could! I opened my order after I drove away and realized that something had been printed larger than what I ordered. I gave Office Max a call, and Haiden picked up the phone. He made sure to walk me through how re-order the items over email, apologized for the inconvenience, and had the order ready within 2 hours of when I realized the mixup. Haiden was awesome, and I’m impressed by his ability to handle so many stressful situations at once with ease. I hope Office Max is paying him well, he really deserves it!
