My husband and I were extremely pleased with our visit to purchase a printer on January 3rd, 2024. Assistant Manager Josh attended to us, and I have to say, he has exceptional customer service skills! We were impressed with his pleasant and kind demeanor, his obvious knowledge of printers and willingness to go the extra mile in finding the information that was not at first readily available. He even memorized prices as he compared two different printers and was able to recall the costs easily later, which helped us in our decision making! I have never observed a sales person do that before. Josh was patient and professional and even carried our heavy printer (yes, of course we ended up buying!!) out to our car. What an impressive young man and a true asset to Office Depot/ Office Max! Great job in hiring him to represent your company. Happy New you to you all!
