Office Depot cannot fix a problem with the Rewards Program, even though they tell they did it. I have missed out on 8 months of Reward Points, I have continuously told them about this and yet it is still not fixed. I am going to take my business account to a place that can do it right.

Staff is helpful but watch the pricing. Saw a 2 pack of hp printer ink on the Office Depot website for $132. Went to store to purchase and item was tagged at $146. They adjusted when I pointed it out. May have something to do with their merger but still….

Had a large (36" x 160") print format that OfficeMax was able to easily accommodate and turn around in a very acceptable time frame. The direct service i received as a first time customer was personal and impressed me enough to bring additional print needs even though the $ is a bit steep.
