I'm very disappointed in this Office Max! This holiday season we called 10 min prior to closing to see if they would stay open another 3 min so my daughter could print out her acceptance letter she received from a college. She wanted to surprise her dad as a gift for Christmas. It was a last min gift that she was really looking forward to giving. All she wanted to do was print 1 copy. We called , the lady put us on hold for 3 min and came back and said, NO. My mouth dropped as I would have personally stayed open an extra 3 min for a customer especially on Christmas Eve.what a shame! People have no hearts and no generosity. No sign of holiday spirit whatsoever!
