I was at this store yesterday (Mar 13 2023) with my wife for almost half an hour looking at desks and chairs. In the entire time we were there, we had 3 different people walk by us multiple times never once asking us if we needed any help, had any questions or offering any assistance of any kind. Even more disappointing is that the store was not busy at all the entire time we were there. All we wanted to do was by 3 new desks, chairs, filing cabinets and some other desk accessories but no one could be bothered to assist us with available inventory or the few questions we had. I will definitely not be back to this store.

The store was so clean that I didn't see one piece of paper on the floor. When I walk in the store I wasn't greeted nor was I was asked may I help you with something. The only person that was friendly, helpful was the cashier even though she couldn't leave her register she help me from her register I didn't mind I needed the exercise any ways LOL!! And when I checked out I had everything that I went in for.
Thank You for all your help and being a friendly 😊 person.
