Mike helped our church to upgrade the streaming cameras which were like 8 years old. He was very knowledgeable and provided many suggestions to upgrade it. He didn’t try to upsell any products. The only suggestion would be to have a clear agenda on things being done rather doing multiple things on site. I also felt few conversations feel rushed. Otherwise he is good.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael. As his first official client in his new office space, I can say that it is a great location downtown Campbell, it is just right in size, I really liked the store front with huge windows. Even the parking was easy. Michael is very welcoming and attentive to your needs.

Michael, with Off the Grid, has been absolutely wonderful! I am a senior who can struggle with technology at times. Sometimes I don't even know how to explain my problem. Michael intuitively knows what i need and quickly and efficiently solves the problem. He has worked long hours at times to fix the problem but still only charges me what is reasonable. He is very knowledgeable, a great person to work with, abd an all around nice person. I even consider him my friend. I highly recommend him and his services to everyone!
