Bought an alfa from them along with a service contract a couple years ago. Also bought a scratch/dent repair package from them. Tried to use the scratch/dent repair package a year ago and they didn't honor it, just handed us a small bottle of paint to fix it ourselves. Just found out now they don't service alfa romeos anymore. Now we have to drive an hour away to get our alfa serviced. It was a horrible experience dealing with their service team when they did decide to honor our contract. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero stars. I brought my Alfa in for service and it was there for three + months... I understand things take time but I do not understand blatantly ignoring clients. I called multiple times daily about my vehicle and every time was told I’d get a call back in ten minutes. I had to literally show up to get an update on my car. The first time they told me my car was ready all check engine lights were still on and a gross coffee cup that was not mine was in the cup holder. When finally picking up my car months later a piece was broken on the inside that they tried to let it go without me noticing. Not to mention I picked up my car with the gas light on after they broke in the new motor. I talked to multiple managers throughout the three months asking for at least weekly updates and got nothing. Even Alfa Romeo direct can not get ahold of anyone. If you want quality customer service take it anywhere but here.
