I love this nail salon. They have a team of professional and enthusiastic staff who always listen to customers' opinions. I always feel satisfied every time I come here to get my nails done

Started off great then I noticed a few things. She was great and my toes and fingers came out good not great for the price. I got gel pedicure and gel manicure. Pedicure Relax was $35(not including gel). Basic manicure was $20 (not including gel). My end total was $81. So that means for just gel polish was another $26?! Wow. I pulled out $80 cash thinking it would not be more than that. Also she was the only worker for today so when another customer came, she was waiting a while but according to the worker the other employee was out for today. I noticed the tools she used on my fingers and toes she took to the back and washed(I heard the water run & took only couple seconds). Then she came back with the same container & same tools that were all visibly wet. I saw her take it around me to the station with the other customer. Soooo, my understanding is the tools need to be disinfected, right? I’m just shocked about those tools being used on the other customer too which I saw as I was waiting to pay in the front. That grossed me out so I won’t come back because of that part, unsanitary.

I got a pedicure and they were great. Very attentive. I was very satisfied. Recommended. They have a list of prices so all these people complaining about the prices, read the prices before you get a service. If not in your price range move on.
