Had an initial visit here (which took almost two months with an urgent referral). The doctor never joined the Zoom meeting, I had to call and have them page her to join. She advised me to taper off of a medication and told me someone would call to schedule me for a follow-up in a month. That call never came. I also never received any response to a message asking for guidance with the severe symptoms the advised drug tapering was causing. To not immediately triage messages like this and never respond to patients isn't just bad customer service, it borders on medical malpractice. Shame on this clinic and doctor. Made an appointment elsewhere and warned my PCP clinic to stop referring here. Do not waste your time waiting for an appointment at this clinic if you want solutions and respect.
