The worst customer service.. I called to see about paying my bill tomorrow and setting up auto pay. And all I was basically told was no. Either I pay my bill today or its shut off.. I explained I'm at work and my check wont clear till tomorrow. The lady said well go ask someone to Barrow money like its that easy.. this company has no compassion for there customers. Rudest people. This company needs some serious help and customer service training!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have

This office is unprofessional rude the office manager is a bully a lier charged me2500& for a water meter that was already there then a few days later they sent a worker out to remove it every time I go pay my bill it’s a argument then today I told them I was saling the property and was told that I can’t get my deposit back nor my 2500$ for a meter I paid for and it was removed saying it’s flat rate in that area I’m talking to a lawyer now !!!

I have been a customer of Oildale Water for over 10 years. As I went into the office to pay, I had to wait and listen to a very rude customer yell at the ladies in the office since their water was shut off for them not paying their bill. The ladies tried to work with him and all he did was threaten and yell at them. I felt so sorry that they have to encounter these types of people. If you pay your bill each month you won’t get shut off ! It’s that simple, it’s not the office ladies fault you didn’t pay your bill and never responded to the shut off notice then got shut off and are surprised you have a high bill. I had to apologize to them for having to endure that while waiting for my turn. Not once did the girls get loud or yell back at the customer . I am not sure I could have refrained from yelling at that man if I was them.
