Laura was extremely helpful both on the telephone and in person. OK Tire's staff quickly resolved several tire issues and performed an oil change on my vehicle while I waited. Laura even gave me recommendations on nearby restaurants if I wanted to get lunch.

It's refreshing to find a shop like OK Tire that is a trustworthy repair shop with great customer service, and performs excellent repair work.
Also, it's the only auto shop I've found where they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee, water and snacks. There were several comfortable leather chairs with small side tables and wireless cellphone chargers that allowed me to work remotely while my vehicle was being repaired.
