12/10/20 I was standing in line today while two customers at the register were being extremely rude to the employee, Emma. The customers were upset with prices being “too high”, their total being over their budget, and many other things that were completely out of Emma’s control. They were rude, loud, and bossy while Emma continued to handle the transaction with such kindness, respect, and professionalism. Employees like Emma deserve recognition.

Always a joy to shop at good ole American Old Navy.

The vibe is cool and welcoming.

Clothes are hip and reasonably priced.

Four seasons of clothes available because management rotates their inventory very well.

Fourth of July TShirts are a must.

This old navy in gilroy was a horrible experience!!! You couldn’t tell who worked at the store because the employees weren’t wearing name tags. The store looked like a tornado ran threw it. the lady at the cash register told us we had to be a card holder to be able to get the 30% on stuff in the clearance, which they should have been more clear about. I had the same exercise pants in 2 different colors but one was $12 and the other one was $22. How is that even possible! Our cashier said the color can change the price, which doesn’t make any sense to me. And their computer system wasn’t showing prices clearly. Our screen looked completely different from theirs. Worst experience ever!!
