The staff was talking about how long one girl was willing to stay late as we checked out. There were 4 of them involved and that's inappropriate. The selection really isnt that great. The prices can be good with coupons and sale racks. The staff on the floor seemed helpful. The dressing rooms could use a good wash. We dont go out of our way to shop here but will probably go in if we pass one conveniently.

Loved it. I don't always go in stores, but since Torrid was closed, I went into Old Navy and found a cute dress perfect for the holiday season

Very dissappear this time with the checkout process and the staff. We made our purchade but before walkjng out of the store we saw a $5 donation charge. I went up to an available clerk, showed her the receipt and she said they automatically took it off i added things up and it turns out they didn't, I was finally refunded. I'll be watching my transaction extremely close here.
