I shop there all the time. Never had a bad experience. I have an old navy card. We are expecting our 2nd baby and we were told it was another boy. I ended up purchasing a couple items for him all full price. Well turns out it is a girl. I went to return or exchange for girl colors with the receipt it was like 1 week pass 30 days and the cashier said sorry we can't. She called a manager she was so rude and said there's nothing we can do not even exchange for a different color. This was such an unpleasant experience. I will be closing my card and will not be shopping there.
