Went to do a return from my in store purchase. They wouldn’t take my in store return because it was missing a inside tag. Funny thing is that the exact product is on their shelves right now and they wouldn’t even look up my acct to see that I did in fact purchase it and Old Navy sold it to me. The assistant manager was a real peach and just wrote me off right away. So now I have a piece of clothing that I can’t even wear because it’s the wrong size. I thought Old Navy was better than that.

The Bathrooms are always so clean and they smell very clean and the store as well and the prices are amazing, I’m always finding the best deals.

The clothing is fine. Usually runs a bit big. It's definitely more expensive than it used to be. I would never buy it full price. The organization is not great here. Trying to find a pair of yoga pants was more work than it really should have been.

Though this building store is very new, it doesn't look like they really clean the bathrooms very often or just not very thoroughly. I bring my two year old here sometimes, so I'm especially observant. Woodinville is pretty nice, so it was pretty sad to see this. A lot of places in Redmond are definitely going downhill, but I think Woodinville is trying to stay nice. I wish this old Navy was a bit better.
