So happy to have an Old Navy in Portland again. The store was immaculate and well stocked. The workers were friendly and personable. I’ll be back many times now that I don’t have to drive to the burbs’ for my Old Navy fix!

The fe. Female that works closing on Tuesday nights is so rude the store was closing never said anything so we had no idea then is very rude to let us know had a basket with items in it didn't ask us to bring our purchases up just walked to the door to let us out I will never shop there again I think she was a manager but that said don't they train any of them on how to deal with customers its not that difficult to just be nice 🙂

I used to enjoy shopping there at the Lloyd Center in Portland but now that they left I am no longer shopping there. I need to be able to try on clothes and its too much of a pain to get way out there so no more. You've lost my moneies.
