I'm an "ex" retail employee so I expect a higher level of service that I know is possible. I did not received any "above & beyond" service at Old Navy. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged. I had to search out an employee for assistance and then she never moved from her task to assist me, only waved her hands in the general direction , the signage was incorrect and when I questioned how I was supposed to know clearance from full price items as they were all mixed in, she gave the explanation that they" just had markdowns" and the employees didn't have time to separate them . My answer to that is- then don't sign them as clearance its misleading, false advertising and takes up a whole lot of time to find the 2 pieces that were actually clearance. After wondering around the empty store at 8pm with no luck finding what I went in for I left empty handed.
