Rude sales woman and even more rude manager! They had a sign hanging on display with socks and undies on it stating 50% off. No mention of which items were included or excluded. I mentioned it to checkout lady and she said that's their generic signs now and I have to deal with it. After asking for the manager he said the same thing! Bad business!

Was in today at around 4pm. Huge thank you to the lady working there that did something nice for my young kids. Made their day and can’t let it go unnoticed.

Old Navy used to be a fun place to go to find some great deals..but not anymore. Quality has taken a dive and prices have gone up. Prices have soared globally to be clear, but a gallon of milk is still good milk.
