Thankful for good customer service! I had pants that ripped in within a few weeks of wearing them… but thankfully they exchanged them no problem. That’s what I like to see. Thank you!

I had an online return. There was a problem with the return. But the Manager stayed late to assist and took care of me. All the sales staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The store was clean and beautiful. Kudos Redding Old Navy

Honestly Old Navy used to be my "Go To" for low priced clothing and I've noticed lately that all their prices have gone way up. I still hit up the clearance section for my little son - found some great deals on hoodies but I no longer buy anything there that's not on sale...
