Pretty well stocked all of the time. Can always find something even if you weren't looking. Sales people are pretty great especially Cathy who was working in the fitting rooms the last time I visited. She was sweet and patient to and with everyone not just me.

Just had a pretty terrible experience attempting to do an exchange for some items. They said they could not process the exchange due to some “system limitations” I had the receipt and everything. I literally wanted to get the same exact items, just in smaller sizes. Unbelievable.

This was my first time at an Old Navy and I had an amazing experience , Chance was above and beyond helpful ...I had no idea what I was looking for when it came to jeans and she was very insightful and relatable, I'll definitely be going back , loved the customer service!
