I can't even be bothered with pasteurized milk any more. Raw milk is what's up! I've been buying milk here for over a year now. It's consistently delicious, and I have had no issues with it.
I use raw milk to make keifer, as well as to drink and occasionally cook with. It's creamy, beautiful in color, and tasty tasty tasty.
Compliments to the dairy workers, the milkers, the muckers, and the cows for such a great product. It's a little spendy compared to pasteurized milk, but it's so delicious I literally don't mind paying extra.
UPDATE: I purchased the premade vanilla kefir, as well as the buttermilk and I was not impressed with either. Neither was anyone else in my household. The buttermilk was unpalatable, hard to drink, and the kefir didn’t taste like kefir, just an overly thick weird yogurt. The regular raw cows milk is always top notch though 👌🏻
Their milk is magic, even Biblical prescription. Absolutely pure, raw, non-homogenized, grass-fed and as natural as can be; Silvana Creamery is the only milk I buy regularly and the only regular milk I crave.
If you want better health and a sense of well-being, switch to raw, grass-fed, perfect whole milk. Thank Our Father and Silvana Creamery for the mother's milk! I am truly a fortunate man.
