Great customer service! We had a situation with a scooter for my daughter’s broken leg. We barrowed one for our trip and found out the breaks didn’t work. Not only did they fix it same day, they went above and beyond, replaced parts, made adjustments, and even cleaned it up! Super reasonable pricing as well!

Randy with Old Town Bicycle Co. completed a sweet custom build for our sons Christmas present in record time. Parts were challenging to come by given the parts shortage, but Randy made it happen and did not hesitate taking on the project for a second. Awesome experience working with both Randy and John. Highly recommend their services!

The best bike shop in the valley! I don’t know why I waited so long to visit. I went to almost 5 bike shops for an opinion on a bolt that broke on a bmx race bike of mine, before I came to Old Town. All except Old Town wanted me to buy a whole new drivetrain or sent me out the door with no help. When I came to Old Town though, Randy took his time, checked out the bolt, cleaned up the threads on the spindle on my drivetrain, and gave me a new bolt which worked perfectly! Support your local bike shop like Old Town!!!
