I visited Dr. Elson last week and was really impressed by his knowledge and the customer service experience. He took time to explain my condition and educated me on the health of my eyes. I left his office feeling very informed. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

From my first call inquiring about Old Towne Optometry to our first appointment, the service was impeccable! The front desk, Dr. NGO and Kayla, who replied to my inquiry! All amazing! Great survive, patient, no rushing involved (which happens at many doctors). Highly recommend

Everyone is very friendly and patient. I am always greeted right away, and the staff makes sure that I am aware of all of the steps they are doing along the way in the appointment. They also always ask multiple times if I have questions, which is really nice. At my last appointment, one of the staff members worked with me for over forty five minutes to help me learn how to put contacts in. Overall, I would highly recommend Old Towne Optometry to anyone that is looking for an eye doctor.
