As a 13 year old yoga veteran and certified teacher living in San Diego, I value the craftsmanship and intentional design of the Olde Oak Meadow Yoga studio. From the natural morning light to the living wall and earthy tones, Kaitlin and Jonah have poured their hearts into creating a community space that evokes the true beauty of Santa Ynez Valley.

Kaitlin provides a holistic approach to the studio programming, accessible for all levels and for those seeking a deeper connection to their practice. Whether it's the first time stepping on your mat or improving you advanced inversions, there's a class for everyone!

Can't wait to bring my friends here for a future class or retreat!

Olde Oak Meadow Yoga is an amazing yoga oasis in the middle of wine country. I found the property very charming and the class was a fantastic way to rejuvenate the next morning after wine tasting. The location is quite central while feeling remote. I enjoyed Kaitlin's class and was even more impressed when I found out her and her partner designed and built the studo. My main regret is not taking photos to share the experience with friends- writing a review feels like redemption - I guess I was just too in the moment.

I love teaching and practicing at Olde Oak Meadow! There's such a positive and calm energy, and I enjoy the variety of classes in our schedule. I'm grateful to be part of a team of such talented, kind, and committed teachers. I can't recommend this studio highly enough. Here are some of my favorite things aside from the excellent yoga: cool lavender towels, occasional visits from two happy dogs after class, a lovely, clean space to practice, meeting new & wonderful people, pink mountains at sunset.
