First time here. For context, I'm female but have a mens haircut with a fade/taper. Been going to barber shops for 10 years. Went here and told my barber what I wanted and showed him a pic which he said he understood. He then proceeded to shave off my entire undercut with no taper or fade. I told him this was not what I wanted and I was upset but never yelled and just asked him to try and fix it.
The other barber in the shop then got mad and started yelling and cursing at me because I was unhappy with my cut and told me to get out while yelling and cursing. I tried to pay my barber, but this other barber just continued to yell and told me to leave so I did.
For my barber, yes he messed up the cut but tried to fix it and work with me. The other barber was completely unprofessional and for sure has some anger issues. Would not recommend this place.
