I visited Olfactory NYC in Georgetown earlier today and had an amazing experience thanks to DIAMOND! I wanted to provide my girlfriend with a fully custom experience and from the moment my girlfriend sat down with Diamond she felt welcomed and valued. Diamond took the time to listen to her fragrance preferences and guided her through their stunning selection of scents.
We were both truly impressed with Diamond's nose, knowledge, and passion for each perfume. I can’t recommend Diamond enough for anyone looking to explore unique fragrances and receive top-notch service while doing so.
Plus, the ambiance of Olfactory NYC Georgetown is top-notch as well, making it a pleasure to browse.

We went as a birthday experience, and it was such a cool thing to do! They did a great job of managing the appointments and the walk-ins, and the staff were so warm and welcoming. Diamond walked us through the experience, and she was the best! So kind and patient as I asked 9000 questions and she even helped me narrow down my scents (funnily enough, I ended up picking that one as my final scent). Overall, it was such a fun experience! I HIGHLY recommend making a reservation/appointment to ensure that you'll be seen because they get BUSY. (I had to book mine several weeks in advance).
Can't wait to take my mom and brother here the next time they visit.
